## How it works

1. Record: A person explores the new feature once, and each manual session becomes a recorded test. No scripts are written.
2. Replay: Every new build replays every recording.
3. Verify: Each replay is checked automatically. In the sample cycle 270 of 300 are verified, and only the 30 that fail go back to a person, with a pass or fail report per test.
4. Sort: When the feature ships, the critical paths are kept and the rest of the recordings are dropped, so nothing is left to maintain.
5. Harden: The kept paths become a durable end to end suite, generated from the recorded test code, and API and integration tests are derived from the same recordings.
6. Deliver: Deliver a pull or merge request per repository with the end to end suite and the API and integration tests.
